Comptroller (Construction Industry)

The Comptroller is responsible for the following tasks:
• Directs and manages the company's Comptrollership Division to include
management of general accounting, cost accounting, financial planning and budgeting
functions.
• Highly knowledgeable of Project Accounting, he must be able to compute
GP's per project and maximize the profitability for each project.
• Safeguards the company's financial and fixed assets by setting up internal
controls, conducting cycle counts, and optimizing the allocation and utilization
thereof
• Institutes appropriate measures to control costs and expenses of the
company, minimize or avoid losses, and maximize profits of the company.


- With at least fifteen (15) years of actual work experience in Project
Accounting, General & Cost Accounting, preferably as a Comptroller or
equivalent senior level position in a Construction material or manufacturing
Company.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Must possess the Knowledge and skills in all facets of corporate finance and
accounting, particularly in project accounting, general accounting,
plant/cost accounting, budgeting & financial planning


WORK ONSITE MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS FROM 8A TO 6PM AND SATURDAYS FROM 9AM
TO 12NN
