Compliance Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:•Associates or Bachelor's Degree•At least 1-year experience as Compliance Staff or equivalent role •Excellent oral and written communication•Highly organized•Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office•Experience in auditing and quality assuranceRESPONSIBILITIES:•Monitoring of all operational processes and procedures•Develop and review company policies•Create and manage effective action plans in response to compliance issues•Regularly audit company procedures and documents•Provide reports on regular basis to keep management informed of the progress of compliance
