Compliance Officer - Makati - Hybrid

AGE: 35 – 45 years old
SALARY RANGE: ?40,000 - ?60,000 - Can be higher depending on qualifications
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Setup | WFH = 1 Day, ONSITE = 4 Days | FLEXTIME: Core hours of 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM

- Graduate of any business course/s, preferably with Accounting orAuditing background
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in securities regulations matters and an understanding of the mutual fund companies
- Working knowledge on basic legal and regulatory requirements as well as laws, rules and regulations on security laws, investment company laws, AMLA, Data Privacy Law and those relating to compliance with reportorial requirements
- Possess an independent attitude to identify compliance deficiencies in the various units
- Must be organized, resourceful, able to multitask, can work in a fast-paced environment
