Virtual Ventures is looking for Compliance Officer. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all BIR regulations, including tax filing, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the administration and compliance of government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory benefits.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents and reports.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in BIR compliance, including tax filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of government benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
