COMPLIANCE OFFICER

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Management or similar field

At least 4-5 years of experience in a Compliance Officer role

Knowledgeable of legal requirements and controls

With strong background in preparing and processing reportorial documents in SEC, PEZA, and

BIRExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Strong time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong attention to detail

Highly developed sense of ethics
