Compliance Officer

Review the current approved and documented government regulatory agencies' (LTO/LTFRB/ etc) Implemented Government Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
- Ensure compliance with these IRRs.
- Design and implement effective action plans in response to compliance issues.
- Consistently update the management on the company's compliance with law and regulations through regular reporting.
- Liaise with government regulatory agencies.
- Ensure that the regulatory requirements are promptly implemented to a satisfactory level.
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Responsible in the monitoring of any updates on the regulatory policies that will have potential impact to the company.
- Act as the point of contact for regulators of different government agencies.
**Qualifications**:

- Min of 2 -3 years of experience as Compliance Officer or equivalent role in a transportation industry.
- Must possess excellent oral and written English and Filipino communications skills.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized; able to keep schedules and commitments.
- Has a keen eye for detail.

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
