Compliance Manager - Lawyer (45424) - Ortigas Pasig

8 AM - 5 PM, Mondays - Fridays

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree holder, any audit/finance/banking-related course.Must be a LawyerAt least Five (5) years of related working experience as a COMPLIANCE MANAGER preferably in a Financial institution (Supervisory level is accepted)With at least 5 years of legal background.Extensive background in overseeing acquisitions and renewals of permits/licenses with different government agencies.Strong background on different rules and regulations of governing authorities (e.g. BIR, AMLC, SEC, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures the company's compliance with the applicable Philippine regulatory compliance matters.Maintains good public relations with various entities such as the Philippine Finance Association, AMLC, and other regulatory bodies.Keeps up to date with the laws and regulations that would impact the company's operations, internally and externally.Performs routine checks to ensure the company's adherence to applicable laws and regulations
