Job Description:

Ensure company adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
Maintain current knowledge of industry compliance regulations and standards.
Develop internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all compliance needs are met.
Perform regular audits and organize compliance training sessions.
Forecast and navigate potential compliance risks, reporting to upper management.
Collaborate with HR to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.


Job Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 1 - 3 years in a compliance role, ideally within a regulated industry.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. Proficiency in risk management and industry standards.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and enforce company policies to ensure legal compliance. Conduct regular internal reviews and audits. Provide employee training on compliance-related topics.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential for occasional travel for audits or training seminars.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, integrity, and professional ethics. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
