Compliance & Ethics Counsel Senior Analyst

Generic Responsibilities
Understand process improvements in CGS support area and assist team in drafting checklists and process documents;
Manage SharePoint and communication records and train team members on the process by developing checklists and process documents;
Assist in introducing process measures for screening in line with changes in trade laws;
Provide individuals with positive and developmental feedback, and support any specific Legal Services training initiatives
Provide training or support to Legal Services specific training;
Ensure excellence of output of CGS team members through guidance and review support (e.g. conducting effective QA of other team members' deliverable);
Support implementation of new initiatives in CGS support area or within Legal Services (in addition to allocated role);
Supervise, provide coaching and mentoring to Level 11 resources or below (as required).

Specific Responsibilities aligned to Role
Generate reports and provide regular updates on the daily activities and progress of tasks directly to Trade Compliance Manager;
Monitor work flow and oversee day to day activities of Denied Parties Screening Team ensuring that all processes are running smoothly;
Liaise and coordinate between GLN leads and Global Trade Compliance Team on resource management and updates;
Coordinate with other groups in researching additional information during investigations;
Collaborate with DPS Support Team and escalate any glitches, issues or irregular display in the automated screening tool;
Monitor work allocation and delegation of tasks;
Escalate risks at the earliest opportunity and provide quick remedies to issues encountered;
Maintain and update records in the SharePoint;

Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree of any 4 years course
At least 3 years corporate experience
Understand relevant company policies and exercises reasonable judgment to apply them and ensure compliance across client team engagements;
Understand company's interests while communicating with executives at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrate ownership of processes assigned and ensures that all stakeholders are timely engaged and informed on the relevant process development and improvements;
Strong time management, prioritization and analytical skills;
Meticulous and attentive to intricate details;
Organized, flexible and focused at all times;
Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills and competent in delivering presentations
Efficient in conducting legal research;
Display high-level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

Good to have:
Law Degree; Admission to Ingerated Bar of the Philippines
