Compliance Associate - Makati - Hybrid

AGE: 25 – 34 years old

WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Setup | WFH = 1 Day, ONSITE = 4 Days | FLEXTIME: Core hours of 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM

- Graduate of 4-year course from a reputable school
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Compliance Associate in a financial institution, bank, insurance doing AML – CTR, STR Reporting, independent testing, monitoring of reports to be submitted to SEC, BIR, BSP, etc.
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Adaptable, Analytical, Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Competent computer skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
