Job Description:
The Compliance and Regulatory Specialist ensures that the company complies with all legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.
This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting audits, and managing compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, particularly those affecting the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles.
• Knowledge of energy sector regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Salary Range:
PHP 50,000 - PHP 95,000 per month
