Role Responsibilities:

The Compliance/Liaison Officer is responsible for ensuring that Blocktec Trading Incorporated adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, and acting as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.

Risk Assessment:
Identify compliance risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.

Reporting:
Prepare and present compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and findings.

Liaison Activities:
Serve as the primary contact for external regulatory bodies and auditors.
Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and inspections.

Policy Development:
Assist in the creation and revision of compliance policies and procedures.
Ensure that all compliance documents are current and accessible.

Investigations:
Conduct investigations into compliance breaches or concerns.
Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies or any related field.Proven experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations is a plus.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
