Compliance Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages and/or assists all Risk & Compliance related matters.
- Assists in facilitating legal contract review and works closely with a legal representative as required.
- Works closely with Operations, Legal, and Account Management teams to facilitate clear communication of updates and processes.
- Proactively identifies possible challenges in KYC / Due Diligence.
- Files, reviews, and verifies receipt of valid documents and conducts analytical KYC assessment.
- Assists in handling confidential administrative duties and supports functions to the Business and Strategic Development team.
- Facilitates and fulfills department requirements.
- Assists in directing and overseeing reports; ensuring high quality of work.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1 to 2 - years experience in Risk & Compliance and KYC or Due Diligence Process.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and experience performing thorough documents checking, verification, and analysis in a financial or non-financial account.
- Knowledgeable or at least have a good understanding of AML/CFT, Fraud, KYC, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills
