Competence Development Officer (Makati)

Duty-stationed in Sanliurfa (or Gaziantep tbc during the finalization of SC selection), Skills and Competency Development Officer will lead the Vocational Training and Skills Development components of the concerned Projects and will primarily be responsible for the conceptualization, design, implementation and monitoring of the project activities in relation to setting up and/or operationalization of the vocational training centres as well as effective delivery of the skills and competency development programmes as stipulated in the Projects' annual works.

The Skills and Competency Development Officer works in close collaboration with the other members of the project team to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the project activities with the highest quality.
