APAC TIME 1 YEAR CONTRACT Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise and provide outstanding support to Atlassian employees and internals stakeholder in response to inquiries about compensationWe would love to talk if you are system savvy particularly in Workday and taking a lead role in data integrity specifically for Compensation-related data fieldsAssists in HRIS data management for compensationYou will be expected to extract data from Workday, generate reports and analyze them to become significant data for the Compensation teamSupport our employee services team by serving as the functional specialist for Compensation-related queriesYou will act as HR System coordinator and administrator for the compensation teamAssists in survey submissions as neededAssists in compensation ad hoc reporting and analysis as neededHelps with any compensation programs and policy administration; More About You: 4-6 years of experience in the compensation field at a multinational company with exposure to global compensationBachelor's' degree in HR, Finance or a related disciplineAdvanced excel skills and preferably experience with Workday or a similar HRIS systemA strong eye for business, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsA stellar ability to synthesize data to support decision-makingA natural ability for confidentiality and discretionConfidence in your communication style, both verbal and writtenAppreciation for the fact that we work in a world which is rapidly changing and growingAbility to handle ambiguity in strideA strong understanding of variable compensation practices globally, including cash & equity plans
