Compensation & Benefits Senior Associate Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Required skill(s): organization, attention to detail, analyzing information, general math skills, Good Conduct, MS Excel. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. JOB DESCRIPTION He/She shall take on the following tasks under C&B: Performs payroll operations by following policies and procedures Accomplishes finance reports related to payroll e.g. journal voucher, tax return Maintains time and attendance system; including tardiness, overtime and leaves monitoring Prepares reports and remittances of government requirements i.e., SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, BIR Computes for net pay/credit ratio and processes employee salary loan application Processes payment of family medical allowance (FMA) and commodities cheque Processes payment of motor policy cover for company car/fleet Prepares certification e.g., employment, government contributions, payment of government loans Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
