**Will be responsible for the implementation of compensation and benefits activities including policy review, process improvements, communication of policies and programs, participation in market surveys, and benchmarking activities; Provides administrative and transactional support to meet the overall objectives of the Compensation and Benefits Section.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supports the Compensation Manager in designing, reviewing, and recommending improvements as appropriate for ADEC Innovation's salary structure and compensation programs in line with HR strategies in order to promote internal equity, external competitiveness
- Prepares compensation offers evaluates employee movement recommendations and prepares salary adjustment recommendations if applicable.
- Prepares employee movement forms and letters for salary adjustment, promotion, traineeship, and salary-related movements.
- Sends compensation report summaries to the Payroll section for implementation.
- Spearheads the timekeeping processing and ensures completeness and timely submission to Payroll.
- Processes and reviews the timesheets of employees for payroll computation.
- Updates and monitors leave usage.
- Responds to the third-party employment verification of active and separated employees.
- Develops methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommends changes to management.
- Directs preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
- Updates policies, procedures, and programs for benefits and compensation.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Finance Management, Business Management, or related field/equivalent required.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in Human Resources or relevant to the role/capacity.
- One (1) year or more of relevant and related experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in basic labor standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to exercise judgment objectively, and exhibit emotional intelligence.
