COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SUPERVISOR
(Supervisory-Assistant Manager level)
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Compensation**:
- Assists the Total Rewards Team in developing and monitoring the overall HR strategies, systems,
tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Provides overall assistance in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management,
Recruitment and others.
- Familiar with the designing of pay structure, reward strategies to address compensation
challenges.
- Ensures that the employee compensation and benefits policies are current, competitive and
legal while taking into account changing the market rates.
- Assist in approving the salary offer to the new joiners based on the current pay structure.
**Benefits/ Employee Data Management**:
- Manages the Benefits Team and support its overall functions.
- Monitors the changes of Employee Data Records into the system and help to manage the 201
files of the employees.
- Provides structure and improvements on the Team's processes.
- Ensures that all KPI's of the Team are being met on a monthly basis.
- Supervise the day-to-day operation and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the request being
processed by the Team.
It includes proper coordination with different government agencies to
resolve employee issues.
- Responsible for the Management Reporting.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Compensation Benefits Professional who's knowledgeable of government mandated benefits and has
experience leading Salary Structuring projects end to end, from job evaluation of the JDs, job matching,
salary data gathering (vendor/salary surveys), analysis, recommendation, and up to the project
implementation.
- At least minimum of 3 years with the strong background in designing salary structure with
technical expertise in the overall process.
- Knowledge in benefits processing but not a hard-core requirement.
- Good communication skills with minimum supervision
**Working setup: Onsite**
**Working schedule: M-F | 8AM - 5PM**
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
