The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for implementation and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs and policies.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and/or Human Resources- Must have at least 1 year of work experience related to the role- Amenable to work in San Juan- Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8:00AM-5:00PM / 7:00AM-4:00PM, Weekends Off- Salary Range: ? 18,000 - ? 20,000
