Compensation And Benefits Specialist/San Juan City/Direct Hire

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for implementation and administration of the Company's compensation and benefits programs and policies.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology or any course related to Human Resource
• Preferably with at least 1 year related experience.
• 5 days a week
• Onsite
• Office Hours: 8:00AM-5:00/7:00AM-4:00PM
• 2 Days Off (Weekends)

Salary Range: PHP 18-20,000.00
