Compensation And Benefits Specialist

**The HR Generalist - Compensation & Benefits is responsible for providing accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer the company's compensation and benefits program including governments mandated benefits.
- Over-all in charged in updating of employee records in government agencies and giving assistance to mandatory claims (SSS, PHILHEALTH AND PAG IBIG, ETC).
- Ensure that compensation package is in compliance with the current laws and regulations
- Employee Remittances and contributions.
- Perform all other duties and task assigned.
**Salary**: From Php22,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (required)
