Compensation And Benefits Officer - Urgent Hiring

Monitoring and analysis of daily employee attendance.
- Recommend issuance of memos for tardiness or irregularities.
- Processing of scheduled vacation leaves as endorsed by the direct superior of the requesting employee.
- Monitoring and analysis of VL and SL.
- Government Mandated Benefits
- Processing of maternity benefits and other Gov't benefits.
Ensure complete documentation from the employee and ensure filing with appropriate agency SSS.
- Loans from Government Agencies - continuously update and make sure all payments are posted.
- Make sure all remittances are posted.
- Monitor separated employees from the masterlist of government remittances.
- Monitoring of Company Benefits:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or any similar field
- With at least 2 years experience in Compensation and Benefits
- **Can do manual payroll computation is an advantage**:

- With extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills; good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Keen to details, with strong organizational skills and time management
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- **Can start ASAP**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
