Must be a graduate of any 4-year course,
With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR,
With knowledge in labor laws.
With analytical skills, problem-solving skills and active listening skills.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.

JOB OVERVIEW
Revises and/or designs communication strategy. principles and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information.
Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department and company initiatives and goals.
Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.
Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures.
