Compensation Analyst - Salary Structuring

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 2-3 yrs experience spearheading end to end salary structuring projects (salary survey, benchmarking, analysis, and proposal of recommendation and implementation )
- 4-6 yrs HR Compensation and Benefits experience
- Willing to work in Makati City
