**Responsibilities**:
- In the absence of a physician, to organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety, otherwise, these activities of the nurse shall be in accordance with the physician;
- Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers;
- Participate in health maintenance examination.
If a physician is not available, to perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, to refer the same to a physician;
- Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers; and
- Maintain a reporting and records system, and, if a physician is not available, prepare and submit an annual medical report, using form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47, to the employer, as required by the OSH Standards.
- Conducts inspection of the workplace once a month related to safety and health
- Permanent member of the Safety and Health Committee of the company
- Strict monitoring and inventory of medicines provided by the company
- Strictly monitor and prepare reports pertaining to all work accidents, death or occupational illnesses in places of employment
- Keep records of accident or illnesses of employees complying with the following data:
- Date of accident or illness;
- Occupation of injured or ill employee at the time of accident or illness;
- Assigned causes of accident or illness;
- Extent and nature of disability;
- Period of disability (actual and/or charged);
- Whether accident involved damaged to materials, equipment or machinery, kind and extent of damage, including estimated or actual cost; and
- Record of initial notice and/or report to the Regional Labor Office or authorized representative.
- Prepare Annual Work Accident/Illnesses Exposure Data Report using the form DOLE/BWC/HSD-IP-6b and submit to DOLE on or before the 30th day of the month following the end of each calendar year
- Assist employees in using the breastfeeding/lactation station
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Knowledgeable with DOLE compliance, process and procedure
- Has related experience being a company nurse
- **Has OHNAP-OSH Certificate is an advantage**:
- Must be compassionate and must have a good working attitude
- Must be confident, a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work in Makati Area, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
