Job Description Company Nurse is a member of our Health and Safety Team responsible for supportive, preventive, and curative nursing management, as well as wellness programs and processes within the organization. As such, he / she is expected to:
Identify primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention and health promotion strategies to optimize the health of the organization. Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines. Collaborate with outside resources (such as healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, third party administrators, legal advisors, medical directors, etc.) for program development, along with the efficient administration of HMO benefits. Job Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate. Valid PRC license holder. Certified in Basic Life Support / First Aid. Intravenous Therapy License / Certificate preferred. Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and creating reports.
