Tomas, BatangasJob Description:-Provides first-aid, checking of vital signs, health interviews, dispensing of medicines, etc.-Assess and determine the health status of the employee; issuance of nursing recommendations like fit to work, etc.-Assist with government transactions such as PagIbig, Philhealth & SSS (especially filing of sickness & maternity benefits)HMO enrolment, renewal and coordination of concerns-Assist with Pre-employment Medical Exam & Annual Physical Exam (PEME & APE)-Conduct periodic workplace rounds to prevent health and safety hazards.-Create safety awareness among employees.
