Company Nurse/ Receptionist

Details of the offer

Handling, preparing and processing of mandatory legal and statutory requirements of DOLE and other government agencies/offices (i.e, OSH, DOLE, etc.).
- Coordinating with the HR supervisor and safety officer regarding illnesses and accident reports and incidents.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and surrounding areas.
- Monitoring and safe-keeping of medical supplies and equipment, includes the preparation of purchase request for purchasing staff.
- Interpreting and documenting worker's medical complaint on accidents occurred in the company premises.
- Administering first aid and providing medications for employee as needed.
- Assisting in the annual physical examination of the company.
- Consulting the company physician for any medical concerns encountered.
- Reviewing pre-employment medical results of applicants.
- Monitoring the issuances of medicines and first aid kits.
** As Receptionist **
- Dealing with the inquiries in professional and courteous manner in person or via telephone.
- Screening and forwarding telephone calls to the concerned section/department.
- Receiving counter receipts of suppliers and clients.
- Issuing of checks to suppliers and clients.
** General Duties & Responsibilities **
- Assisting in the organization of company events and administrative tasks.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Providing administrative support to human resources supervisor.
- Preparing HR section summary reports and other related reports to HR supervisor.
Submits the report and discuss all concerns encountered (i.e., medical concerns, accident reports, emergency cases, untoward incidents, personnel problems, etc.).
- Adhering to the company rules & regulations and other policies & objectives related to quality, safety, HACCP, ISO& GMP.
- And, any other job to be assigned by immediate superior, provided, the task is related to the nature of his assignment.
Qualifications:

- Must be at least a bachelor degree in Nursing and with professional license in nursing (PRC).
- Must have at least one (1) year work experience as Company Nurse.
- Must possess good analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
