You will deliver health and safety related services to our staff whilst ensuring compliance with safety and health labour laws, and internal policies in order to maintain a health-conscious workplace.
**Nursing & First Aid**:
- Give first aid treatments and proper medications to staff as needed.
- Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
- Examine and make sure that sick staff submit a fit to work certificate.
- Organize Annual Physical examination of all staff.
- Create health analysis and wellness programs for employees every after Annual Physical examination.
- Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies and replenish every month.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports and documents concerning medical benefits and/or occupational safety health to government and non-government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PHIS, ECC.).
- Assists employees in their claims for benefits/loans under SSS, ECC, PHIC, Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves, insurance and/or hospitalization benefits, if any.
- Collate medical reimbursement reports for each month.
**Health and Safety**:
- Prepares and maintains government compliant company policies, procedures and checklists in relation to health and safety.
- Maintain a health & safety tracker and ensures that reported/identified faults and actions taken are updated.
- Conduct safety meeting at least once a month and ensure issues are raised and addressed accordingly.
- Assist, develop and implement health programs and seminars for the employees and guide them on community and HMO resources.
- Support emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning.
- Sharing information, suggestions and observations with Management to be abreast with the OSH standards.
- Newly refurbished nurse's clinic with new equipment and lactation area to support new mothers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year experience as a company nurse.
- Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) preferred
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and communicate with staff with different beliefs, attitudes, and personalities.
- Ethics, integrity and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
