Main Function:
She/he is responsible for the processing of all health-related matters. Nurse is also responsible in preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing sick leave report, annual medical report and evaluation of Annual Physical Examination of employees.
The Nurse assumes the responsibility of a Health Asset Custodian. She/he is responsible in monitoring all medicine & medical equipment the company is accountable for.
She/he is also responsible to organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety. Promotes and maintains the health and well-being of the workers
Duties and Responsibilities
1.To organize and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety, promotes and maintains the health and well-being of the workers.
Performance Standard/s:
a. Provide nursing aid care to injured or ill workers.
b. Participate in health maintenance examination.
c. Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
d. Maintain and analyze records of all medical cases and submit an annual medical report.
e. Conducts studies on occupational health within his means and resources.
f. Act as adviser to management and labor on all health matters.
2.Conducts audit on equipments
a. Zero incidence of non-reporting and misreporting of damages on equipments.
b. Zero incidence in failure or delay to conduct actual inventory and record monitoring of company assets and have monthly equipment audit.
c. Zero incidence of failure to conduct review and audit documentation and/or related to all administrative matter.
3.Filing and Safekeeping of other assigned documents.
Performance Standard/s:
a. Zero in incidence of losing assigned document.
b. Zero incidence of missing or wrong filing of assigned document.
4.Embrace FIT Program by active participation.
a .Attend/Cooperate to daily work cell meetings.
b. Contribute/Share/Report 1 Near miss, Wins, and Initiative per month.
c. Attend to work cell review per month.
5.Punctual and complete attendance on all company-required meetings, trainings and seminars involving warehouse improvement projects.
Performance Standard/s:
a.100% attendance on all general meetings held once a month.
b. Zero incidence of failure to represent Fast Services Corporation on any business gatherings/occasion sponsored by the clients and/or principal related to business growth and or improvements.
c. Zero incidence of failure to give orientation and trainings to all personnel under his/her jurisdiction regarding existing company's goal, targets, procedures and house rules.
d.100% attendance on all warehouse orientation and cascading on Safety and Good Warehousing Practices and other quality topics.
e. Zero incidence of failure to attend meetings in order to record minutes.
6.Implement and comply with all the POGI, policies, procedures, and work documentations
with the requirements of Quality Management System including Good Warehousing Procedures (GWP) and 6S.
Performance Standard/s:
a. Zero incidence of non-complying with all the POGI, policies, procedures and work documentations with the requirements of QMS including Good Warehousing Procedures and 6S
7.Perform other functions as may be required by the FSC Management.
SHEQ Responsibilities
Comply with all company safety and health, environment and quality policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety and health, environment and quality regulations.
Qualification
• The Company Nurse is responsible to address all medical related concerns of the employees.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Nursing.
• Has passed the Board Exam and is a registered Nurse
• Preferably with at least one (1) year job related experience.
• Computer literate and average communication skills
