Company Nurse

Job Summary: The Company Nurse provides healthcare services to employees, ensuring their well-being and promoting a healthy work environment. This role includes administering first aid, conducting health assessments, managing employee health records, and promoting wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Health Assessments: Conduct health assessments for employees, including physical examinations and health screenings.
-First Aid and Emergency Care: Provide first aid and emergency care as needed, ensuring timely response to workplace injuries and illnesses.
-Health Education: Develop and deliver health education programs and workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and workplace safety.
-Health Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records, including vaccination history and medical assessments.
-Wellness Programs: Design and implement wellness initiatives to promote employee health, including fitness challenges and health fairs.
-Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to address employee health concerns and promote a healthy workplace culture.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
-Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans related to health and safety in the workplace.

Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
-Experience: Previous experience in occupational health or corporate nursing preferred.
-Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required; additional certifications in occupational health preferred.
