Provides emergency medical services and treatment for employees such as first aid, checking of vital signs, health interview and dispensing of medicinesObserves and records the patient's symptoms and conditionsFacilitates coordination work in the conduct of annual medical examination of employeesPrepares and keeps medical and accident records and other related records of all employees with strict confidentialityAccompanies the injured to the nearest hospital in case of accidentRegularly submits medical report and accident reports to the TMPO Admin Officer.Trains and supervises the Company's "first aiders" for health and medical related activitiesDevelops guidelines and procedures on first aid and leads in its implementationParticipates in the inspection and evaluation of the working environment in Taguig to detect health and safety hazardsConducts regular teach-in trainings/lectures about healthy lifestyle and safety awareness among employeesPerforms health counselling and comes up with helpful tips in preventing illnesses and accidents among employeesMaintains clinic bulletin board for health-related information and updatesConducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies. Prepares purchase requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability.Keeps a list of contact numbers of hospitals or health centers in case of emergencyEnsures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designatePerforms other tasks as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
