As the Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy workplace while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. This position entails providing high-quality healthcare services to our staff, making you a vital part of our organization. You will be responsible for delivering immediate care to injured or ill employees, managing health records, and coordinating wellness programs that align with the company's goals. Beyond treating physical ailments, you will also focus on mental health, offering guidance and support to employees facing stress or other psychological issues. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, you will collaborate with management to implement health and safety policies and conduct regular health assessments. Your expertise will not only help in crisis situations but will also be instrumental in educating employees about health risks and prevention strategies. Responsibilities

Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness.
Conduct health screenings and assessments as required by company policies.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all health information.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
Collaborate with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment.
Stay updated on state and federal health regulations and ensure compliance within the workplace.
Provide training and workshops on health-related topics to employees.
Requirements

Preferably with experience in occupational health.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.
Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Experience in developing health and wellness programs is a plus.
