Company Nurse

-Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations.-Responsible for medical/health records, equipment and programs related to Health and Safety.-Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness and guide/direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services.-Gives first aide treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.-Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals.-Observes and records symptoms and condition of a patient.-Accompanies the injured employee to the nearest hospital, in cases of accident.-Maintains medical and other related records of all employees.-Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificate to evaluate result (APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave).-Enroll candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on the assigned schedule.-Monitors absence pattern especially AWOL and visits employees home if needed.-Monitors the stock inventory of medicines and first aid kits and other necessary suppliesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree of BS NursingMust have a PRC LicensedWith at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in the same field
