We are currently hiring:
COMPANY NURSE
Employment Status:

Company Nurse provides general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health and welfare
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor employees? health status and make sure that each employee has his own medical record.
Facilitate transfer/referral of seriously injured employee to the hospital in case of emergency and employees' hospitalization
Attend to the needs of the sick employees and dispensed safe over the counter drugs (First Aid and Emergency care)
- Assist and coordinate employees in conducting physical examinations, consultations and Annual Medical Examinations (APE)
Facilitate the medical insurance (HMO) of all employees as well as their dependents
Monitor and Record employees health and emergency related absences by validating medical certificates submitted
Process and monitor employee SSS related benefits (Sickness health and accident, Maternity notification and payment)
Conduct monthly Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Patrol to Plants 1,2 &3
Responsible in maintenance of adequate stocks, control and inventory of medicines and its procurement on a monthly basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Registered Nurse
Experience in industrial set up is an advantage
