A Company Nurse responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, assessing workplace hazards, providing medical treatment, and developing employee health programs. The candidate must be a registered nurse with at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent emergency response skills, and proficiency in MS or Google Office. What does a day in the life as a Company Nurse look like?Assures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operationsAssesses the working environment and identifies any potential and present hazard.Plans interventions to reduce the risk of any work-related injuries that may ariseEvaluates and provides pharmacological treatment or first aid to all illness and injuries being experienced by the employees with the use of standard and ethical nursingMonitors stock inventories and requests purchase of medicine and medical equipment when necessaryEvaluates and verifies medical certificate provided by employees who experienced medical needSuggests ergonomic improvement after assessing needs presentKeeps abreast of the updates on healthcare service and occupational nursing best practicesReviews Pre-Employment Medical Examination results after being done by applicant in accomplishing the company's recruitment processEmployee DevelopmentSafekeeps employees' medical records and develops programs related to occupational health servicesCollaborates with external resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, medical advisors, regulatory agencies, etc.Develops different strategies to educate and train the employees on health-related topics.Organizes or conducts programs/projects that will raise awareness of having work-life balance and a healthy lifestyleEnsures privacy and confidentiality to employee information, both personal and medicalPrepares reports related to Safety and Health, stock purchase, medical-related incidents, etc.Assists employees with HMO-related concerns; releases HMO cards as directed by Human Resource ManagerPerform other duties as assignedWhat are the required qualifications for a Company Nurse?A graduate of BS NursingMust be registered nurse (with valid PRC license)Excellent emergency response knowledge and skillsBOSH Safety Officer or BOSH OHNAP certifiedAt least 2 years related experience as a nurse (Any Industry)At least 1-year experience in an occupational settingHas knowledge of MS or Google OfficeAbove Average communication skills, both written and verbalPreferably with updated certification on BLS, which include CPR, first aid and AED.Ninja Perks and Benefits *Full time employees ?
