Company Nurse

• Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations.
• Responsible for medical/health records, equipment and programs related to Health and Safety.
• Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness and guide/direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services.
• Gives first aide treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.
• Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals.
• Observes and records symptoms and condition of a patient.
• Accompanies the injured employee to the nearest hospital, in cases of accident.
• Maintains medical and other related records of all employees.
• Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificate to evaluate result (APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave).
• Enroll candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on the assigned schedule.
• Monitors absence pattern especially AWOL and visits employees home if needed.
• Monitors the stock inventory of medicines and first aid kits and other necessary supplies
