Company Nurse

? To develop and administer occupational health services in accordance with the company policies, practices, and procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations

2. Keeps medical/health records, equipment, and programs related to Health and Safety

3. Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness, and guides/directs all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services

4. Gives first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed

5. Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals

6. Observes and records symptoms and conditions of patients

7. Accompanies an injured employee to the nearest hospital in cases of accidents

8. Maintains medical and other related records of all employees

9. Goes through diagnostic test results and medical certificate to evaluate results (APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave)

10. Enrolls candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on assigned schedules

11. Monitors absence pattern especially AWOL and visits employees' homes if needed

12. Reports necessary documents to DOLE with regards to health and safety

13. Monitors the stock inventory of medicines, first aid kits, and other necessary supplies from time to time.
