Assess employees health needs and provide appropriate medical treatment
Oversee and track patients condition and document their recovery and progress
Assist in providing first aid treatments in medical emergencies especially during Pandemic
Adhere to all relevant medical care, health and safety rules and regulations
Prepare the medical referral and coordinate it to the applicants for the instruction
Monitor the medical status of the applicants
Assist the company doctor regarding the retrieval of employees' medical documents, medical results for doctor's evaluation, and such.
Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a registered nurse and with an updated PRC card
With at least 1 year of experience similar to the role; experience in manufacturing is preferred
With training and/or background in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
Can start as soon as possible
Can stand long hours of work even holidays, or on-call when the need arises
Working Schedule: 6 days a week | Shifting Schedule (8-12 hours)
Working Setup: Work Onsite

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director, the School Nurse provides nursing care and assists the school physicians in servicing the medical needs of students, faculty, staff, and other school personnel. The position will also help augment the current staff complement at the Office of Health Services as we set strategies to secure the health and safety of the Loyola Schools as we aim to provide optimum healthcare to everyone. Main Duties and Responsibilities: I. Medical Services Support Initial Assessment and Coordination Coordinates schedules for online/onsite consultations, follow-up, and routine interviews.
