Company Nurse

Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed

Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient

In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital

Maintain medical and other related records of all employees

Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit certificate

Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine results

Organize regular medical examinations of all employees
Prepare medical reimbursement report each month

Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time

Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management or the company doctor

Assists the company physician in conducting pre-employment and annual medical examinations.

Conducts home visitations to sick employees as and when necessary.

Attends to employee medical needs including the issuance of oral medications and rendering injectable medications and the like.

Keeps a file of the records of all work accidents and occupational diseases.

Issues letter of authorization for all employees and dependents who will avail of the hospitalization benefits.

Coordinates with referred clinic, dental and laboratory services of the employees and results.

Gives first aid treatment in cases of accidents, injuries, traumas, etc.

Maintains employee individual health records.

Provides basic awareness and know the right personal hygiene and the right diet to take.

Proves basic awareness and know how on identification, prevention and intervention on occurring diseases.

Implements and/or carry out quality improvement activities as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior (company physician) or by the executive management.
