Company Nurse

POSITION SUMMARY:
The company nurse is responsible for promoting the health and well-being of employees, providing immediate medical attention to work-related issues or illnesses, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
Health Care & Medical Services (Company Nurse)
1.
Provide first aid and basic medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
2.
Manage the company Clinic, ensuring the availability of medicines and medical supplies.
3.
Conduct health assessments and monitor the health status of employees (e.g., blood pressure checks, health counseling.)
4.
Maintain health records of employees and update relevant health databases.
5.
Coordinate with external healthcare providers or hospitals in cases of emergency.
6.
Organize health and wellness program, including vaccination drives, health seminars, and disease prevention activities.
7.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and other regulatory agencies.
8.
Handle documentation related to health insurance claims and other employee benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Male or Female
2.
Registered Nurse / Nursing school degree.
3.
Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.
4.
Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
