JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- 2-4 years of experience.- Graduate of Nursing preferably with license.- Knowledgeable of mandated DOLE compliance.- Good in oral and written communication.- Knowledgeable in triage and emergency case.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and promote healthy and wellness program.- Assist employee for consultations and medical examinations.- Can administer first aid treatment.- Monitoring of HMO.- Filing of SSS sickness and other mandated health benefits.- Organizing employees' annual physical examination.- Validate medical certificates of employees and recommend.- Make assessment report regarding illnesses and accompany the patient during emergency situation (transfer to ER).
