Job Responsibilities: Provides medical services for the company, and coordinates with Hospitals and outside clinics Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees Arranging Rapid Test and Swab Test for employees when necessary Establish health and safety programs Responsible in dispensing medicine, Monitoring and inventory all medical supplies With knowledge in processing and filling of SSS sick leave and other related mandated benefits Responsible in receiving all HR Admin documents Accommodating employee's concern Assist applicant's medical examination/ results for deployment Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Report/S Assist in organizing company events, occasions, HR projects, and the like Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided Monitor annual physical examinations and create a program based on the result Requirements Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be a licensed Nurse Preferably with 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, First Aid, ACLS/BLS, and other OHS-related training Proficient in MS Office Application, Project Management, Database Administration, and People Handling Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety With basic knowledge in Admin/Human Resource Management Other Requirements: Can work on-site Night Shift Schedule Benefits HMO with 1 free dependent upon hire Life Insurance Work onsite Night Shift 20 PTO credits annually Great Company Culture Career Growth and Learning PHP 25, 000 - PHP 30,000
