Company Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:• Responsible in monitoring the health condition of the employees and ensure the availability of medicines and supplies for first aid.• Responsible for the preparation of health related program• Preparation and submission of admin.• Perform Admin works and functions.• Examines and treat employees' sickness and injuries• Advise or refer employees to qualified medical specialist when appropriate.• Accompany employees to the nearest hospital in cases of emergencies that the clinic cannot immediately handle.• Maintains orderliness of 201 files, Medical Records and other documents.• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Company Nurse Requirements:• Nursing school degree.• Postgraduate degree in basic occupational health and safety.• Registered Nurse• Working experience as a company or a regular nurse.• Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Critical-thinking skills.• A warm and caring disposition.
