"POSITION SUMMARY:

Assess employees' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing health plans, and maintain medical

records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent employees and or visitors

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records ? Administer medications to patients and monitor patience for reactions or side effects ? Record patient's medical information and vital signs ? Monitor, record, report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions ? Consult and coordinate with Heath care team members to access, plan, implement, or evaluate patient

care plans ? Coordinate with the Safety Officer/ Pollution Control Officer and EHS committee for matters relating to

safety programs being implemented in the company

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Requirements: ? Bachelor of Science in Nursing

? Registered Nurse

? At least 6 months working experience of the same capacity or background

? Willing to work in Mandaluyong City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30
