Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.  Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.  Record patients' medical information and vital signs.  Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.  Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans  Coordinate with the Safety Officer/Pollution Control Officer and EHS committee for matters Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing  Registered Nurse  At least six (6) months working experience of the same capacity or background. Must be knowledgeable on the principles of business and management  Must demonstrate skills on problem solving decision making and judgement, critical thinking, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication.  Must be knowledgeable on patient care and first aid procedures
