_Company Nurse will be in-charge of the over-all clinic management, may be assigned and be responsible for the Occupational Safety and Health compliance management, and health & benefits administration._
- Responsible for clinic management through inventory, records management, and maintenance
- Handles medical-related cases such as but not limited to COVID (eg.
contact tracing, and antigen testing), flu, or any workplace-related medical/health concerns and provide recommendations and guidance to employees
- Act as the OSH Representative through developing, implementing, and promoting occupational safety and health programs in the workplace.
And give advise and assist KBMC in complying with the provisions of the Standards, especially in the submission of the reporting requirements.
- Manage and maintenance of HMO through employee orientation, masterlist creation and maintenance, employee and dependent enrollments, review billings and process payments, and issues Medical Consultation Requisition Form (MCRF) and route it for approval.
- Organizes and coordinates workplace and health initiatives and programs such as blood donation, APE, and medical & safety activities
- Contributes to the achievement of Compensation and Benefits team's KPIs by frequent alignment with the HR Team Lead for Compensation and Benefits.
