Company Nurse

Provide general First Aid to employee when required assess employee health risk , and promote employee benefit. They provide safety management , advice, monitoring and reporting in the work place and engage staff in programs that ensure safe practice in the work place.

Specific Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees
Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks
Develops strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
Communicate with management on a regular basis.
Attend Seminar workshop on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity , Family Planning , and Stress Management.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree of Nursing
Registered Nurse with An Active License
with at least 1 year experiences as a company nurse.
With good oral and written communication skills.
