Job Description • Assists in the implementation of the Company's Employee Health Program.
• Provides medical services and treatment for employees and assists Company Physician in conducting medical procedures.
• Administer the inventory of medical equipment, and first aid supplies and dispense over-the-counter medicines for employees.
• Maintain all medical records of employees.
• Responsible for new employees' enrollment, updating Philhealth, and preparing reports/data for DOLE and government-mandated benefits.
• Raise and Implement Health Awareness by evaluating an employee's health and making lifestyle recommendations to improve their health by creating infographic materials and conducting health programs to promote awareness and illness prevention.
• Assist HR functions and perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time."
Qualifications Requirement "• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing. Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in a manufacturing set-up/ related field is required for this position.
• Strong background in processing SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness and ECC benefits is advantage.
• Candidate must be residing near Laguna Technopark Incorporated (LTI) or willing to relocate to City of Biñan Laguna."
