**Purpose of the position**
**This position will provide basic healthcare to the company's employees and will also be responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize workplace accidents.

**Key Tasks**
**Company Nurse**
- Provide medical and nursing services to all employees of the company.
- Update patient's profile by recording the diagnostic treatment performed to ensure accurate patient treatment and medical record.
- Prepares reports (daily clinic report on consultations, medicines)
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of medicines and supplies and request for replenishment whenever necessary.
- Assist in the Health and Safety Committee of the company by supporting its initiatives and projects.
- Assist company doctor during employee's consultation.
- Conducted nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns.
- Facilitating annual medical exam to identify risks to health and improve well-being among staff.
- Responded to emergencies onsite by rendering emergency medical care, CPR and prompt first aid treatment.
- Supplied wellness materials and information to employees to prevent sickness, fatigue and mental burnout while fostering positive company culture.
- Evaluated and administered pharmacological treatment to employee illness and injury by using standard and ethical nursing practices.
- Adhered to strict safety measures by carefully determining proper dosages before administering medications.
- Administered medications to patients and monitored response to medications.
- Restocked supplies and placed purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- WAIR and AMR reporting.
- Managed on-site evaluations and internal audits.
- Report to quality department after conducting internal audit and work with the team to advise corrective action.
- Investigated and identified confirmed and suspected coronavirus cases and documentation.
- Coordinated with public health and local facilities to support isolation and quarantine of individuals.
- Administered immunizations or other basic preventive treatments.
- Answer inquiry about HMO concern.
- Inspected facilities for adherence to fire, hazard, and safety guidelines.
- Other Task to be assigned by HR
**HR Assistant**
- Prepares OSH mandated reports such as but not limited to WAIR and AMR.
- If needed, assists in planning and preparing employee activities such as but not limited to engagement site-wide activities, OSH lectures, team-based activities, etc.
- Such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the HR Department
- Assist and own projects related to Health, Wellness and Safety
- Participate, co-own and drive Engagement company initiatives and projects

**Educational background / Work experience**
- Registered Nurse is required
- Additional profession degree ie.
Psychology or Human Resources is advantage
- Direct experience as a company nurse is advantage
- Experience in BPO/shared services industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to move forward an agenda or initiative required
- Flexible and willingness to work on any work shift is needed
- May be required to work during weekends and holidays (if needed)
**Language skills**
- Fluency in English (Oral and written)
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
**Computer Literacy**
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in any HR Information System
